Assalam-o-alaikum.
This is Zafar from Delhi (an
original resident of Madhepura,
Bihar; many months before residing
at Sabzibagh, Patna) fond of knowing
all about Dr. Kaleem Ajiz, today
went through your article "A gem

so that this great man who devoted

Dear
sir/madam, it was great when I hit
PatnaDaily.Com on the Google search
engine. I'm a second year
engineering student of N.I.T.,
Nagpur. Patna is my home town and I
often visit this site to get the
news of my city and state. The
content and material of this site is
excellent and the news material is
very good. The photo gallery on this
site is a great work and I
congratulate the people concerned
with it. My best wishes to them.
It's really adding up to the "pride
of Bihar and Patna". Good luck for
the future.

I
find it a great platform to
share my views with the people
of Bihar. I feel Bihari people
require self-confidence,
self-efficacy reinstalled first
which unfortunately withered
away during last few years. It
requires efforts from all sides.
At ground level if we want to
really improve the status of the
poor we need to encourage dairy
farming in well-organised way.
There is well established market
for all these products outside
Bihar. Policy should accordingly
be framed.

This
site contains so many
beautiful pics of Patna
which I really love to
see. I'm in Bangalore
these days and dying to
see my birth place
Patna. The very first
day I saw this site, I
was really excited. That
time I felt very proud
of my place because I
saw the pics of the new
Patna. The new
Chiraiyantanr
over-bridge,
white-washed Golghar and
most of all, all new
shining roads. It was
really a pleasant moment
for me to see all those
good things happening in
Patna. Now only one
thing I would like to
say is please, please
load few pics of
Kankarbagh and Chandmari
Road.

Hello
Team
I am a software engineer
working in Thomson Inc.,
impressed with your
endeavor and effort to
bring Patna on the face
of cyber world. I
congratulate you for
this.
I want to write
technical articles for
this portal targeting
the student and IT
professionals.
Would you be able to
guide me the way so that
i can contribute with
this?

As
far as this portal
PatnaDaily.Com is
concerned, it is good..
particularly if one
thinks in context of
Patna as a city and
Bihar as a state, it
really is worth hitting.
I feel this site is
meant for providing
information to
outsiders, in your
hotels section, you need
to provide the contact
telephone no. of the
listed hotels so that
one can be benefited out
of it.
However, this site is a
good work which needs to
be applauded.

Sir,
I did not find any
pictures of St. Xavier's
High School, Patna. If
you do not have any
pictures I will be glad
to send you some. Most
of the pictures are good
and nostalgic for some
one who has been gone
from the city for 40
years. Hope to hear from
you.

It
is really very nice to
see my motherland in the
mirror of
PatnaDaily.Com. We can
add pen pal or email pal
to bring people of Bihar
together.
I am from Nalanda
district, village
Aungari and am a
telecommunication
manager and travel a lot
inside India. I have
seen Bihari sand
suppliers at Aizawal,
Mizoram. Just recently I
visited Khumbhokonam
(Tamil Nadu) where I saw
a "Bihari Dhaba" near
Khumbokonam college. I
once went to Patnitop
(J&K) where I saw a few
families working in a
hotel. When I asked them
why they there, they
said, "apna des achaa
hay par garib log ke
liye yah jagah achha hai."

I
came across this site a
few days back and found
it amazing. Helps me
keep in touch with daily
happenings in my home
town even though I am so
far away. Thanks a lot.
Just wanted to request
if any of your readers
can share some
traditional Bhojpuri
recipes. I am looking
for recipes for makuni,
dalpeethi, danjaur,
tiljaur, fullori,
moongchi, rasiyaao, bari
kadhi, baigan badi,
jhavanrua etc. There are
so many of them. Hope
somebody knows how to
make them and makes the
recipes available to us.

Editor's Note:
Mrs. Ranjana Lal was
gracious enough to take
up the challenge and
sent us some of the
recipes as requested by
you. Please check out
the
Recipe page
for the latest
additions. She says she
is working on other
recipes and hopes to get
them ready soon. Enjoy! |
