He advocated for learning through liberal, modern and universal education combining the rationalism of western sciences.

Kidnappings in Bihar are again on the rise. I would like to share with readers a paper on the subject written by my late father (Late Anil Kumar Singh, IPS (Retd.) who was shot and killed while preventing a train dacoity on 4th June, 2006 onboard Patna Kurla Superfast Express in Patna).
Radically changing global scenario has drastically altered the notions of life and the entire gamut of the disciplines associated with it.
