Patna: World Students Youth Association General Secretary Aniket Kale at a press conference in Patna on Thursday slammed the leftists saying the left wingers of today had morphed into the enemy of the nation and it was time to treat them as a threat to the survival of the country.

"For the last 10 to 15 years, the left parties have turned into anti-India force. Those who are indulging in anti-national activities are being treated as heroes and martyrs. These are the same people who are now celebrating the birth anniversary of terrorists like Yakub Menon and Afzal Guru who killed scores of people in various terroristic activities in India," Kale said.

Speaking at a symposium on 'The Real Truth behind Institutes like JNU and HCU (Hyderabad Central University)' organized by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad at the Bihar Industries Association hall, Kale said that only those who were not right were left.

"These people have always been on the wrong side of the history and therefore, it is no wonder leftism continues to lose steam in a progressive country like India. They had been wrong before and they are wrong even now. They said all sorts of disparaging things about freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose but later apologized for their tirade. They cannot be trusted and we are going to continue to expose them," Kale said adding by refusing to say 'Bharat Mata ki Jai, the leftists were insulting the entire nation and must be dealt with sternly.
