After presenting awards to several budding 'shayars' including Khurshid Anwar Arafi, Dr. Qamar Hashmi, Khurshid Akbar, Alam Khurshid, Rehan Gani, Shahid Kaleem, Farhat Qadri, the Chief Minister sat in the audience and immersed himself in poetries recited by the artists.
