These words were spoken by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar who on Wednesday laid the foundation stones of the PRD offices in Nalanda, Munger, Jehanabad, Bettiah, Sitamarhi, and Katihar via videoconferencing.

This will not happen anymore. A senior official would probe the case to maintain complete transparency in the investigation," the Chief Minister said.

The PR department would report to the Chief Minister's office on a daily basis with a copy of the report sent to the District Magistrates. Feedback from the ordinary people would also be collected by the PR department to make appropriate adjustment in the plans, he said.
