"Bihar Police Going for an Image Makeover". The disparaging comments made by Nitish Kumar that the sub-inspectors and havaldars, in their antiquated uniform, looked more like clowns and projected a bad image of the entire police force.

I personally have a positive regards towards the CM and hope he would be able to bring development in Bihar. But one has to admit his gross failure in checking the daily crimes like murder, loot, and kidnapping in the state. Undoubtedly, it is an attempt to divert the attention of people of Bihar and cover up his failure by saying that the current dress code of Bihar Police projects a bad image of the entire police force.

If this is the case, then neither politicians have a good image among us, all politicians should put on some different kind of dresses to make a totally different look. Will changing the outfit really change one's responsibility towards his duty or his behaviour? Will Bihar Police become Black Cats by doing so? Don't you think this is a funny and useless effort to convert a Jackal into Lion just by mere covering it with a lion's fleece?
