Dear
Cabinet Ministers from Bihar,
Maran makes all the IT and telecom CEOs of the
world come to Chennai and get set the
manufacturing units there. Even the DMK
ministers are influencing the prime minister to
get Global Automotive Research Centre near
Chennai. Recently, Pawar took Intel’s Barret to
Baramati, his hometown. Intel is helping the
district set up its Wi-Max network; provide
technology support for tele-medicine and tele-diagnosis
at the local hospitals, and in computerising the
local milk cooperatives. Intel will donate
community PCs for farmers and mobile computer
labs for schools.
Why can’t you (the cabinet ministers from Bihar
such as Meira Kumar, all powerful Lalu Prasad
Yadav and Ram Vilas Paswan) take lessons from
Maran and Pawar? Why can’t you use your
resources and contacts to initiate some
development works? Why can’t you give the
politics?
Some say, you all and your family members have
all shifted to Delhi and you don’t bother about
what happens to Bihar. How can we expect Meira
Kumar, a fully converted Delhi'ite to do
something for the development of Sasaram? Has
not she read the news that land mafias are
taking away all the land around the Shershah
Tomb? Can’t she do something to make that oldest
city of middle era of India a heritage city?
None of the ministers from Bihar in past and in
present government has done any significant
thing for Bihar for which the posterity can
remember them.
I appeal to you all to help in establishing the
International University in Nalanda that in time
becomes the biggest in Asia. Japan and Singapore
can help in executing them. Please group
together and take their help.
You may have your differences, but for the sake
of Bihar and its people, please bury them for a
while and get executed some projects that can be
your memorials too.
You may remain a minister and get all that a man
needs for his live, but the future generation of
Bihar will not excuse, but only abuse you. They
will not bother to hear your excuses and you may
not be there to put forward your excuses.

It would be wise if you write
personal letters in vernacular
language to all the ministers, the
reason is most of them are hardly
able to read English. Secondly,
because they are not fluent is
English, so they are jealous of
those who give advice in English.
Thirdly, "the leaders of Bihar" do
not need advice from other quarters,
because they are smart! Why they are
smart? because they have managed to
kick out frustrated Biharis out of
Bihar, and running the show with
sycophants around.
Who said that these central Bihari
leaders are powerful? MPs of other
states just give them a little
respect that too out of fear. This
is not my word, this is according to
one of the relatives of Kerala MP
(saying boldly in front of me in USA
"God knows when they will start
hurling abusive languages" and
blah... blah...., when I objected he
changed the topic of discussion). As
we are laughing stock for the people
of the other states, in a similar
fashion, they are also laughing
stock amongst MPs in Delhi.
These are the jargon words, Research
Center, Wi-Max network, tele-medicine
and tele-diagnosis, etc. They have
laptops but they use it to visit
only restricted website, nothing
else. So how can they learn all
these things?
Leaders of Bihar are true
nationalistic!!!! and have rational
approach!!!. They are more concerned
about the plight of Muslims in
Gujarat. They are more optimistic
and are more determined about the
growth of Bengalooru and Hyderabad.
People of Bihar are not far behind
their leaders. They are more
interested in tuning BBC radio
rather than Akashvani, as nature
demands symmetry.
You may have your differences, but
for the sake of Bihar and its
people, please bury them for a while
and get executed some projects that
can be your memorials too.
I have read your several writings,
but this article reflects your utter
frustration. I think you have lots
of expectation from these leaders. I
am compelled to comment on your
article; I know none of these
ministers will read. Lets share our
frustration........
I am now 38 years old. As I
remember, in 1982, Hajipur was
declared first electronic city of
India by the then PM of India Smt
(late) Indira Gandhi while
inaugurating longest road bridge of
Asia, Mahatma Gandhi Setu. Hajipur
made two entries in all competitive
magazines viz. Competition Master,
Competition Success Review,
Pratiyogita Darpan etc.... "first
electronic city" and "longest
mahatma gandhi setu". Former
vanished within five years because
leaders like Jagannath Mishra, LP
Shahi, RL Yadav, Chandrashekhar
Singh, Karpoori Thakur, SN Sinha,
Bindeswari Dubey...... endless
list.... founded worst thought of
the human kind in our mind in order
to make our society laughable.....
that was cemented by Lalu and
Paswan. The latter one (setu) is
about to vanish due to long neglect
as well as changing the course of
river direction.
We the people of Bihar with the help
of these leaders murdered Sindri
(now in Jharkhand), whom our first
PM of India called a modern temple
of India. Barauni is dead, first due
to local "dadagiri" and second due
to the antipathy from the leaders.
Now, when the development project is
localized in the minds of Bihari
leaders, How Biharis as a whole
think of unity? Dayanidhi Maran is
doing politics for Tamil people
irrespective of castes, but leaders
from Bihar are running political
circus for themselves and to some
extent for their own caste men
involving a few stooge of other
castes by providing some "chaara" to
just win election. We Bihari fall in
the same line.
Bihar will never develop, unless
Bihar will get rid of present
leadership of the likes of RV
Paswan, Laloo Yadav, Dipankar
Bhattacharya and their thinking and
to some extent current government.
They are now not mere leaders, they
are culture of Bihar.
Present government is busy
celebrating one year without
smoothly linking Patna-Muzaffarpur
(I visited Muzaffarpur last January,
the driver told me that each KM is
being constructed by mafia of that
area: I am talking of this culture).
Government has not got rid of this
culture. Pepsi has bottling plant,
which is running smoothly near my
village only after receiving support
from local goons. I fear that
Scorpio and Rajshri Mills will face
the same music.
I am waiting to see a developing
(developed) Bihar. Big, big, big
people are working hard... our
participation is not required. -
