When global warming thread started showing its brutal face not only in Bihar (only 4 districts remain safe), not only in India (20 states affected), but the whole world was under the immense water storm… flood! Whether it’s America, China, Pakistan, Bangla Desh and/or many more are having flood situation. Now the situation every where has started to improve and more interestingly, the system seems to have started its operations.

In my own state Bihar also it’s seems that the system is now ready to speed up the recovery mechanism. Political parties are also pumping their efforts so that they can cultivate this effort when their political mind will need it. I am talking about the LJP effort to reach to the flood victims in Bihar. I think it’s a new start, a new thinking. Flood used to destroy crores and crores each and every year in Bihar with so many valuable lost lives, but I never feel that any political party is really willing to reach to the victims to help them. It’s true they have political ambitions as well, but it doesn’t matter as of now. Congress is looking desperate to get involve in this combined effort because it might be possible they have a fear to get less credit than others. And here comes the ruling party, now gearing up for speeding the effort to overcome the most disturbing factor in the season. Mr Kumar’s commitment has start to roll as the situation becomes normal day by day.

Some good news – like Mr. Henry Jardin (US Consulate General) statement that the United State is looking forward to work with Bihar and that they were looking for finalizing the areas to work. “Bihar development programs are moving fastly and in the right direction” said Jardin. Secondly, the Planning Commission of India is very impressed with the current development speed especially in electricity department. This department now seems to be working like a unit and as professionals to meet the requirement of the most important factor for development. The old picture of Bihar seems to be changing and getting painted with new and fresh paint.

All these (not so many) good news are working like a refreshment for Mr. Kumar (CM). Definitely he will get energize with this and with the effect he will move ahead with positive frame of mind. However, we also know he has to play a long and extra ordinary innings (like Anil JUMBO Kumble at Oval, London). Best of luck Mr. Kumar!
