Bihar Assembly - the Most Undisciplined Institution?

I am really very sorry to see the situation of Bihar Assembly. Everyday I read the news about Patna in PatnaDaily.Com and could not stop myself from vowing my anger against all those leaders who are disrupting the assembly.

Is walkout a solution? Certainly! All the politicians are being paid for running the government. We have seen 15 odd years of RJD, now it's the turn of the NDA. And apparently the opposition does not want the assembly to run peacefully. Why are they so afraid? Ultimately it's the people of Bihar who are going to judge there next government.

So let's give a chance to the NDA government and let the people decide at the time of next election, whether to continue with the NDA or RJD. My humble request to all the leaders: kindly do not disrupt the assembly and let it run peacefully. I would also request all the ministers to contribute to the development and growth of Bihar. Without support from the opposition, I am sure the Government can not succeed.

I would like to know the readers opinion as well.

Comments:
I really appreciate the thought provoking concern shown by Mr. Saurabh over the Bihar Assembly situation. Worthiness of any government can certainly not be proven in a day and it's very much the need of the present Bihar government, to be provided with some time and patience so that it can contribute to a steady and fertile government in Bihar. There is no other reason than lack of a steady government which is a major hurdle in the progressive development of Bihar. So let's do our share and wait for the best. - Shashi Soni - Dec. 19, 2007
