Education is an Ornament in Prosperity

When we say Bihar is cruising or rather say crawling towards success we must think about the kind of infrastructure we will need in future. In my last visit to Bihar I can see that the Roads are getting better. Law and Order of the state is also moving towards betterment. Patna is getting some good shops/malls like Vishal Mega Mart, Shoppers Plaza but one thing which is still lacking is improvement in education.

I said infrastructure and talking about education. You must be wondering but I really mean it. Higher education or education institutes are road map for many companies to build their set up in state and if we lack in this area we are very likely to miss those unseen opportunities.

Today also students from Bihar go to Karnataka, Maharashtra, Delhi or West Bengal for higher studies. Whether it is engineering, medical or B-School, we don’t have any good name to count. There are lots of opportunities available for students doing their MBA / BE / BTECH or other technical / management courses. These opportunities are open in Bihar also but we don’t produce students having these skills.

Education is an ornament in prosperity and a refuge in adversity. I hope the government will keep an eye to the needs of student from Bihar. I hope that we will see an IIT / IIM and some other good institutes very soon in Bihar.
