I am encouraged by the statement of the Building Construction Minister, Mr. Monazir Hasan. He appears to suggest that the Muslim community has been taken for a ride by the leadership of the RJD. If Mr. Hasan is so sure about his averments, without being sarcastic, I would suggest him to become the mouthpiece of the Muslim community. He could tell the community that it is the part and parcel of India, and the well being of India depends on the magnanimity of Muslim Community. He could remind the community that politicians like Mr. Lalu Yadav have vested interests in deceiving them with flattering slogans and false promises. They would leave no stone unturned to incite communal disturbance and religious confusion. Such politicians drive wedge between Hindus and Muslims to create antagonism and promote disunity instead of harmony and peaceful co-existence. A leader like Mr. Hasan could effectively exhort the community to stop believing in such egocentric politicians for the sake of peace and prosperity in Bihar.
