This
year Patna has witnessed an unprecedented
water-logging scene. All Govt. and other
machineries have failed to lessen the woes of
people at large. Will the Govt. learn a lesson
to combat this type of situation henceforth?
Govt. needs to reconsider its efforts and set

Brilliant
pictures of the accidents during water
logging. But I am astonished at the thought of
the photographer having prior knowledge of the
possible impending hazard. If this is true,
won't it be more humane to caution the passer by
of the possible hazard rather than waiting to
