I
am not a sports enthusiast, neither I go through
the sports pages rather if it is Hindustan
Times, I remove the pages right in first go. But
I am noticing a change. Suddenly I have started
hearing win news from different games, cricket,
hockey, and even football. Am I right?
If yes, is it the ‘Chak De! India’ effect?
But then why don’t our politicians learn it? Why
can’t the leaders from Bihar say ‘Chak De!
Bihar? It can certainly make a change. Paswan
was very correct when he said recently in
presence of Lalu, Nitish, and our FM Chidambaram
in Patna, "If we all worked towards the same
goal, Bihar would be the number one state in the
entire nation." I don’t know if he really meant
that, and do that in real life.
I wish the message of Chak De! India could go to
each and every person in India. Bihar must have
its own version. Bury or cremate the caste-based
politics and let the development be the vision
and mission. Let excellence in every activity
one ids engaged is the goal.
If every one improves one’s productivity by 10%,
GDP will accordingly grow higher. And this can
be the answer before asking for other means.
