Concern for Women from Bihar

In
Delhi we have private agencies from where one
can have young girls as 'helps' to work in the
houses.
Every morning while I sit and read my newspaper
in my balcony I see these young girls working,
very often being scolded by the lady of the
house. I have learnt some of them also get
pregnant, by who's "grace" they only know.
Bihar government should take steps to curb this
curse on women of Bihar.
