It
is said that you can’t control what you can’t
measure. If you can’t control, you can’t
succeed. Indeed there should be some measurement
of what you are doing and what you have
achieved.
In the context of current happenings in Bihar it
is the demand of time that government should
issue a quarterly report on the progress made in
that particular period. This report will cover
the new announcements of government, new project
initiatives, new infrastructural development,
new investment and also comments of dignities
who visited Bihar in that period. It may also
include the progress made on law and order
situation in Bihar as it’s one of the major
concerns. It may get surveys published by
different media as Bihar is seeing lesser crime
in recent years.
It will enhance the image of Bihar and it will
also boost the confidence of citizen as
something happening for their betterment. It
will increase the transparency in governance and
it would set an example for other working
committees in the state.
Let’s put everything in Black & White and let’s
make it available to public.
