Changes in Bihar

I
belong to Bhagalpur district of Bihar. I visit
to my home town at least twice in a year. Its
nice to see Bihar changing . I have visited all
most all states of India regarding the national
and international conferences in artificial
intelligence.
I have seen the drastic change in Bihar. Thanks
to Mr. Nitish Kumar. I have seen the road
conditions have improved a lot.
There is some problem in power sector. He should
see to that.
I have some suggestion for him. If he wants to
reach to the common people he should make the
people computer literate. Let the people go to
net and see how Bihar is changing. Make the
connectivity easier.
The appointment of the new teachers in
elementary level have raised the hope among the
citizens.
But drastic steps must be to change the
mentality of government office staff. In my
opinion they are still illiterate or behave like
illiterates.

Sikandarpur at least twice a year.
Roads look nice after 48 years.
There is some problem in the power
sector. He should see to that.

Remove overhead electrical wires and
make all electricity system
