Today, PM Modi took first dose of Indian made Covaxin but the side effects were on some of the opposition parties' leaders who were speaking negatively on the vaccines for several weeks. They were questioning the efficacy of the vaccine. Now they see it as election stunts of Mr. Modi.
By taking the first shot of the vaccine, Mr. Modi dispelled suspicions over COVID vaccine. He has set a powerful example for millions of people to go for COVID vaccination. This will also help in reducing vaccine hesitancy and may greatly help in ending this pandemic.
We must salute and congratulate to all Indian scientists and innovators who put their hard work and critical thinking in developing these vaccines and they have been dedicatedly serving humanity during this hard time of pandemic.
