  • 1 cup(s) raisin, soaked in water for 2 hours
  • 2 teaspoon(s) roasted cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) ginger paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) garlic paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) salt, or as desired

Raisin Chutney Directions

  1. Grind raisins to a paste.
  2. Add cumin powder, ginger and garlic and mix well.
  3. Now add salt and lime juice and store in refrigerator.
  4. Serve with meal.
